Spring is right around the corner, and during guidance lessons this month we will be teaching career and college exploration. Students will be learning about a variety of careers, and colleges, and each teacher has a sign on their classroom door highlighting the colleges attended to earn their degree(s). We are hoping to encourage our students to begin to think about their futures, to include college and career.
About our program ...
In the school counseling program we offer a variety of services to help your child in his/her social, emotional, academic and career development. Services can be provided in three ways: (1) Small Group Counseling (2) Individual Counseling and (3) Monthly School Counseling lessons in the classroom (For our School Counseling Objectives please click here). School Counselors are also available to meet with parents on an as needed basis.
If you do not want your child to participate in the Personal/Social Lessons you have the option to opt him or her out. You can fill out the form found by clicking here.
