New Student Registration

Returning Students - Back-to-School Packet
The Back-to-School Packet opens in ParentVUE on August 10. You can review emergency contact information and complete annual policy reviews and acknowledgements. It is critical that we have updated emergency contact information for the safety of our students. You MUST complete this in order to view teacher assignments, bus schedules, etc. Please view the PWCS Back to School Packet Instructions webpage if you need assistance.

Teacher Assignments & Class Schedules
Student schedules and teacher assignments will be available in the ParentVUE app in August the week before school starts. You MUST fill out the Back-to-School Packet first. Schedules, assignments and bus information will not be viewable if the BTS packet is not filled out.
First Day of School
The first day of school for students is August 24. School hours are 9:20 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Doors open for students at 9:10 a.m.
Supply Drop-Off
Students may come in to meet their teacher and drop off their supplies on August 20th. Due to parking limitations, we ask that you follow the schedule below. Make sure to fill out the Back-to-School Packet beforehand so you know which classroom to go to.
Kindergarten Orientation - 9:00 a.m.
New Student Orientation - 12:00 p.m.
Returning Students:
Last Names A-E - 1:00 p.m.
Last Names F-L - 1:45 p.m.
Last Names M-P - 2:30 p.m.
Last Names Q-Z - 3:15 p.m.
